Line cooks
A line cook prepares ingredients, cooks menu items to order, and plates dishes according to restaurant standards, focusing on speed and consistency. Key duties include setting up stations, maintaining food safety, and cleaning, while working in a fast-paced environment. They are responsible for preparing station prep, following recipes, and maintaining inventory levels during service.
